Chris Johnson

Background Information

You are a consultant at Synpulse Management consulting. You have a contact, Chris Johnson, who is the operations director at Sentosa Bank, a small but rapidly growing bank. The bank currently onboards around 100 clients per month, and each onboarding takes around 3 - 4 weeks, which is rapidly becoming a problem as the bank scales.

Your Task

Synpulse has a new onboarding tool which can cut onboarding time by 40%. It does so by offloading much of the manual entry work to the client, and uses AI to cross-check client entries with client provided documents. It works by combining mature technologies such as OCR to extract information from client documents, and LLM technology to parse and cross-reference this against client-filled forms. This will massively accelerate Sentosa bank's onboarding process. You will need to secure a commitment from Chris for a 20 - 30 minute demo of the tool.

Tips

  • Chris is a busy man and will likely try to just get you to email him - gently challenge his deflections.
  • Be sure to emphasise the minimal time commitment for the demo, 30 minutes at most.
  • Synpulse personalises each solution for each client, use this information to get through.
  • Be specific when scheduling.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition, connecting it to Sentosa bank's pain point.
  • Do not brush off the fact that Chris is busy.

Your Notes

  1. You have 10 minutes to get a commitment. Use your time wisely.
  2. Each page load generates a unique run ID. Your evaluation is tied to that ID.
  3. Do not refresh or close the tab when waiting for results or speaking with Chris — your run ID will be lost.
  4. If the results screen doesn't appear after your conversation, click the button below to manually retrieve your evaluation.
